These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Talking Window website and mobile application. Talking Window is a private communication platform created to support internal staff communication and staff-to-customer group communication through real-time messaging.
By accessing or using Talking Window, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Talking Window is designed exclusively for professional and organizational communication. The platform allows authorized users to communicate in real time using text messages, audio recordings, video sharing, and document sharing within private and group chats. Talking Window is not a public social media platform and is not intended for open or public use.
Access to the platform is granted only to users who are authorized by the organization or administrator.
To use Talking Window, users must access the platform through an approved account. Each account is assigned a specific role such as Admin, Staff, or Customer. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Any unauthorized use of another person’s account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users agree to use Talking Window only for lawful, professional, and intended communication purposes. Users must not use the platform to share content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, threatening, misleading, or harmful in any manner.
Sharing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. Any activity that disrupts the platform, compromises security, or interferes with other users’ communication is not permitted.
Users are solely responsible for the content they share through Talking Window, including messages, audio, video, and documents. Talking Window does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
By using the platform, users grant Talking Window permission to store, process, and transmit such content only to the extent necessary to provide communication services. Talking Window is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-shared content.
To ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions and maintain a secure environment, Talking Window reserves the right to monitor platform activity where necessary. If any user is found violating these terms, Talking Window may take appropriate action, including restricting access, removing content, or suspending accounts.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Talking Window strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the platform may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, system upgrades, or technical issues. Talking Window does not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be held responsible for service interruptions.
Talking Window shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, communication delays, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
Talking Window reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice.
Talking Window may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
